Everyone at Alabama GlasTek was incredibly kind and accommodating to me. They did excellent work, and the job was finished quickly. My car's windshield needed replacing because of a water leak, and I was having a hard time finding a shop that could do it for a fair price. Eventually, another shop suggested I call Alabama GlasTek. From my first phone call, I was treated with genuine hospitality, which was a breath of fresh air after calling several other places. I could tell that the woman on the phone genuinely wanted to help me, which is becoming more rare these days. It felt like a nice local “mom and pop” shop, where you could have a genuinely pleasant conversation and the feeling that helping you was their pleasure. It never had that cold corporate feeling that a lot of businesses have these days. Overall, it was a great experience. They even gave me a "no questions asked" lifetime warranty against leaks for as long as I own the car. They provide high-quality work with a kind and personal approach. I highly recommend them!

I am very satisfied with the quality of service. I had to replace what windshield after a hail storm. They worked with my insurance company, made my appointment convenient for my availability, my windshield was ordered and at the shop within two days, I arrived and was offered drinks, WiFi, snack and a very friendly face to make my brief wait very pleasant. They showed me my replacement and made sure it was what I was happy with, took out the old and old and installed the new one before I could check all of my emails. Very nice, very professional, very fast. I recommend this place if you have a tight schedule and need someone to fix it fast and correct at your convenience. Hopefully I won’t need another windshield but if I do, I will use glass tech on Gadsden hwy. Thanks y’all

I bought a used car with a defective windshield I did not catch before purchase. Friend recommended Alabama Glas Tek because it was self pay. Ayden and his team had me in and out within the hour and saved me "$Hundreds$" compared to what the dealership was going to charge me. Give them a call!
