I had an amazing over all experience with Airecom Shawn M. Was very helpful and came up with a quick and effective solution to get us up and running within a couple hours of arriving. We were having issues with our commercial oven and he went above and beyond to make sure we could continue making food and serving our customers! 5 stars hands down!

Brian Zirkle was very good. He listened to all my concerns and diagnosed the problem quickly. Explained what he found and showed me pictures of what he was working on. Very friendly and courteous.

Terrible company and a rip off. Their prices are outrageous and easily the most expensive out there. I had a cooler needing serviced so a technician came out and he said the price would be $600. Four days later I got an invoice for $1200. I called To ask why such a big difference in price, the lady said that technician should’ve never given a price because they have no idea on pricing (which I understood). So I paid that total. One week later, the same cooler stops working. So I call airecom back, And they said the technician has Incorrectly written quote Therefore, your cooler is not fixed. I was shocked And I couldn’t understand how a technician comes out there, and only have fixes half the problem and I get billed for it before the complete fix has occurred. The person on the phone basically said there was nothing he could do for me So I asked him to send me the invoice to “finish” The original job. And the new invoice Was $1800. I called them back and said this is not fair to me. I’m already in the whole $1200 assuming job was complete, now you’re wanting to charge me an additional $1800 to fix cooler properly? A brand new cooler costs $3000. I own 5 restaurants and have used this company in the past, as of recently they have ripped me off with their prices. I will never use them again
