The Aire Conditioner Shoppe … are nō ka 'oi (The Best). Neil & Kua made sure that our experience was outstanding and our expectations with the installation of a Mitsubishi A/C unit were met. The was a slight “hiccup” that was quickly resolved by the installation team. The installation reflected the expertise and professionalism of the 3 young men who did the job. The level of satisfaction we felt with Neil, Kua, and the installation prompted our 5 Star review of this company. Mahalo Nui Loa! We will be sure to recommend this company to our friends, neighbors and Ohana.

I just want to give my 5-star review to Kua and the install crew of Alex, Zion, and helper (sorry, I didn’t get his name). First off Kua was great! Easy to talk to, replied to my request for an estimate promptly, and did my assessment very professionally. You can believe them when they say on their website “Guaranteed Lowest Price for The Same Product with Installation.” I narrowed down my short-list of reputable AC contractors to four companies. Receiving estimates from each, The Aire Conditioning Shoppe was the last company I received an estimate from, and I’m glad I didn’t exclude them. Hands down, The Aire Conditioning Shoppe gave the best price with installation. Pricewise It was an easy choice, and all gave the same 12-year warranty on the units and a 1-year warranty for labor (except for one company which gave 2 year warranty on labor). They also included a silicon protectant on the circuit boards to protect against shorting out by geckos which two of the companies didn’t mention in their quotes and one company wanted to charge $350! So, all that was left to see is how well the installation crew performed, and they did a fantastic job! Alex, the installation team leader, called me in the morning of installation to let me know they were leaving the shop and about what time they would arrive. Once they arrived, Alex was courteous and professional. He clarified with me what units were supposed to go in what rooms and where the main condenser would be located, which was different from where I had my previous unit. Zion was responsible for installing the bedroom air handlers/evaporators. He was easy to work with and made some suggestions that I didn’t think of that would make my job easier to repair my drywall…Also appreciative to him because he was the one to have to drill through my thick concrete CMU wall which was a tough job. The install crew arrived about 8:40 am and after confirming the details, they immediately started breaking down and removing my old system. It took them about 5 ½ hours to tear down my old system and install my new system. Very professional and clean installation. At the end, they went over the operation of the remote, explaining the different modes and features. Also, at least for my job, they didn’t require ½ downpayment like the other three companies I got bids from, and they also accepted credit card payment in full, with no extra credit card fee tacked on! I’m not sure how long that will last, but credit to the Aire Conditioning Shoppe for not passing that cost on to their customers. Finally, they have been around since 1979, a very long time. They have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and are a Mitsubishi Diamond Elite Contractor.

Owner Neil will deal with you directly and work on pricing, timing and logistics. His crew Mike and Zion were professional and did a great job with the removal and install while keeping the asthetics of my home intact. Would highly recommend the Air Conditioner Shoppe.
