Air-conditioning and heating service company was fantastic. Our boiler system went out or so we contacted another service provider and receive the worst possible customer service, and we had to wait 10 Days with no heating or hot water for a part that we actually didn’t need. I called Air Conditioning and Heating Service Company, and the receptionist was very helpful and immediately dispatched one of their service techs. Joseph came out with his partner, and within a few hours they had our system running perfectly. Comes to find out we didn’t need the expensive repair that the other service technician (from the other company) said we did. Being new to Santa Fe, we don’t know how boilers work, but Joseph took the time to explain the ins and outs, which I greatly appreciate. These guys were professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I’ll certainly reach out to them if I need anything else.

Today Angelo Chavez and Brian W. came out for my semi-annual check up on my outdoor heater/air-conditioner unit. They were courteous, friendly and very professional.
