Air Comfort of KY

Donnie and Rodney installed a mini-split heat pump in our new four season sunroom. Air Comfort and these two installers were absolutely incredible!!! The initial consult with Cody took almost two hours with nothing left unanswered. Donnie and Rodney were professional, detailed, friendly, informative, and did not mind me looking on and asking questions. We could not be more pleased!

Air Comfort repaired our 25-year-old system several times over the last year, helping us to squeeze all the functionality out of it before we were ready to pull the trigger on a new system. Cody was thorough and patient in explaining all the options; we never felt pressured into an upsell. His team installed the entire system in a day and were still working well past the end of a typical workday. They were courteous, quiet and mindful of our home (always wore booties over their shoes). Their work areas were spotless when they left and our system is running like a top. Highly recommend.

Was having issues with furnace, and the tech (Cody) started assessment. He was thorough in trying to troubleshoot, while also giving great communication on what he was finding. Even with an older unit (that honestly should probably be replaced), he was able to find the issue and fix. It did require him to go and get the part needed (again, probably due to age of unit), which caused a slight delay. But he was able to still take care of the issue. Very pleased with him and the outcome.
