I called Air Comfort Complete as we had an issue with our furnace not coming on. They were so kind & able to get us in the same day! Daniel was our technician. He was incredibly knowledgeable, & persistent at locating the issue. They had to drive back to the shop (Loveland) from our place in Estes to retrieve th part and come back. They were still able to accommodate the repair the same day. Daniel explained everything. He was very professional and thorough! I called Air Comfort based on their reviews. Casey had someone out the same day to diagnose the problem. The technician was honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. He hed the parts on the truck and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. He even checked my thermostat settings and showed me how to optimize it for better efficiency. Their pricing was competitive and the quality was excellent. I've already recommended them to my neighbors. It's refreshing to find an HVAC company I can actually trust. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night with this chill coming in. Called Air Comfort Complete first thing in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. The technician Kasey was professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. He had the part with him and got everything working again within an hour. Fair pricing and great service. Really appreciated how fast they responded during an emergency situation. Our house was cold but they got us taken care of.
