I contacted Aiken HVAC, and Kevin, a dedicated HVAC technician, attempted to diagnose the issue over the phone. After replacing several components, Kevin thoroughly inspected the entire system and identified the problem. He provided a comprehensive explanation of the entire process and went above and beyond his duties. It was nearly midnight when Kevin departed after six years of working on my own repairs. I have found a reliable and trustworthy HVAC technician in Kevin. I have even scheduled regular servicing to ensure the proper functioning of my unit.
