Our technician arrived on time with exceptional experience, personality, and a willingness to walk us thru the repair process pointing out the likely cause of the issue and how to best avoid it in the future. When finished, all joints and drain performance were double checked and testing was thorough, as was clean-up. This was my first experience with 'Affordable Plumbing, Heat and Electrical'. Their team (Shawn, Wayne, Steven, Travis and others (we wish we had gotten all their names!) was extremely professional, polite, and wonderful to deal with. We were able to schedule our appointment quickly, and they arrived on time and put in several hours of work to install our water heater and furnace. They provided detailed explanations and even used special cameras to detect and show us the items that needed repair/replacement. We highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and will definitely continue to use their services.
