Advanced Electrical Services Group Inc.

The afternoon before yesterday’s big storm (6/19/2025) my Generac generator service was confirmed be Advanced Electrical Services Group (“AESG”) as the second appointment of the assigned technician’s schedule the next day. My emergency generator was not functioning and had an error code. When no one showed up by 11:00 am, I called AESG’s offices to check on the confirmed service I was told that my service was cancelled because other people lost power and were more important. Well we lost power to our home as well and were without a functioning back-up generator. So AESG did not call to check on whether we had power, and unilaterally decided to cancelled confirmed service work. I cannot trust the word of their office staff and will take my business elsewhere.

I don’t do reviews but horrible customer service. Called 4 times and was told I would be called back, never was and then was given an attitude by the women answering at corporate the 4th time I called back. Understand that the day was tough for them with the outages but at least be honest about the info you’re giving. You told me you gave me an answer that you didn’t not and then was rude. Won’t use again.

Ray just came to my house this morning to perform an annual service on my generator. His work was far superior to my previous company that used to service my generator. Ray was there to change the oil and check the operation of the unit but also replaced the spark plugs and adjusted one the engine cylinder valves that had lost some of its compression over time. Then he did such a nice job cleaning up the inside of the unit but also the exterior metal that surrounds the generator.. I highly recommend Advanced Electric for all your generator needs. And I found out they can perform electrical work in your house at a reasonable cost. Thanks Ray, for the great job!!! Chris Wagner
