Just had an installation of a Whole House Generator (Kohler) 20KW system, by AES. And I’m SUPER HAPPY! 😆👍 with the entire process with AES 👏 The entire process with AES was smooth, pleasant, and 100% professional (and FAST⚡️). In fact, AES was “Heads and Tails” ABOVE… ALL….other Generator contractors around the Jackson, Mississippi area (and I called 📞over SEVEN (7️⃣) different ones 😱). This is in contrast to my initial experience with the 1st main Generator seller, Home Depot (of whom I started this entire process) — With them, they had THEIR own installer/contractor (Mississippi Energy Services [MES]), who came out and seemed legitimate (at first), but: 1) They tried to “Pressure” me into a Generic Generator, 2) Quoted me a HUGE [inflated💸] price😰, and 3) Told me I had to wait MONTHS to get a generator installed. 😱👎 This was when I called Kohler [directly], and was given AES’s contact info, as an alternate choice (who are also Certified Kohler Contractors). 👍 A majority of YouTube reviewers say that Kohler is a MUCH BETTER (more reliable) Whole House 🏠 Generator (than the “So So” Generic). When I made an appointment, Ashley of AES was SUPER helpful to get me started. The main guy (Mark) came out the very NEXT day 😱👍to given me an estimate, survey, and educate me to/through the process. The very next day (after), Mark quoted me a VERY reasonable price (A LOT better than Home Depot/MES). And here is the “kicker/surprise”🦵🤯- AES promised me to get a Generator installed in a MUCH FASTER ⚡️time ⏳ (WEEKS-vs-months), which 90% of all other contractors could only promise. The only pain (or “delay”) was with the Gas ⛽️ hookup, which was my Propane (as AES only work with Natural Gas [not LP/Propane]). But I found some “Super” guys locally at Lampkin Love Propane (in Pelahatchie) - the other Major LP place (Blossman) SUCKED majorly!! 🤬👎 After the Lampkin Love guys hooked up my LP, I called up AES to wrap things up. The AES crew (Lane & Jeremy) came out the very NEXT DAY 😱(WOW, is RIGHT!!!) 👏😂 to finish up the Electrical. They got this done ✅ within a few hours 👍 - and even took the time to “TRAIN”👨‍🎓 me on how the Generator Worked, Registration, and App set-up. Overall - 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience & service 👍 So if you EVER need a Whole House Kohler Generator (or other Electrical services) call 📞 Mark at AES (you will NOT be dissatisfied 👍) - if Home Depot comes calling, then run, 🏃‍♀️Run, 🏃🏽‍♂️RUN 🏃for the Hills 🏔️….(🙅‍♂️) [then call ☎️ AES 😂👍].

Levi did a great job. Installed 5 lights and four smoke alarms in short order. He is fast and professional! Levi came back after we bought a new microwave and installed it for us. Once again, he did a great job!

Wow! Super fast response time! Levi had my old chandelier removed & new chandelier hung in minutes! And went above and beyond to make sure it was PERFECT! I’ve already scheduled my next appointment for them to repair/add an outlet. Price is very affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
