Advanced Comfort Solutions knocked it out of the park installing my split unit. Super easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and got everything done quickly and cleanly. The install looks great and the unit is running perfectly. Really appreciate how professional and respectful Hunter and the crew was, and they took the time to answer my questions without rushing. Lost heat late in the evening. Called Advanced Comfort Solutions and left a message and they got back to me in under 30 minutes. They asked me what the problem was and set up an appointment for first thing in the morning. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue and had me up and running in 40 minutes. What I liked the most was that Hunter took the time to explain what the issue was, what I could do to try and prevent it going forward and offered solutions that I could do in the short term to help ensure I don't have issues again. All for a reasonable price! Would recommend and will definitely use Hunter and his team again!
