Quick response time for initial call for service. To return the following Monday but there were complications. Rescheduled for next week. Chris Maxcy was great, he took the time to explain the issue and I truly appreciate him.

The guys did a great job of installing. Please do not forget the shroud to keep rodents out. Also..it might be a little nit picky but for a 8 k job would it really hurts to provide a new filter?? Shroud looks wonderful. System cooling nicely. Thanks for the two filters!
