Advanced A/C Contracting

Don't support this business. Terrible experience with Advanced HVAC. Had Kammie out to provide a quote on a large job and was very kind and accommodating with her (meeting on her desired date and time) and showed her all around. She was rude and arrogant with me, makes me wonder how on earth people like this stay in business? Ultimately wasted weeks of my time when I could have been working with another HVAC company already. Clear sign that you're working with a crap company is when you have to constantly follow up with them to get what they keep promising you -- a simple estimate. Totally unprofessional. Kammie is a liability for this company, but hey seems like it's not just her considering the other negative reviews. Don't waste your time with these incompetent unprofessional people... Also a telling sign is when you see the company responding to bad reviews justifying why they're right and you're wrong. Boo.

Kamie was our initial contact and we got scheduled for her to come quote our needs very quickly. She worked hard and quick! We asked for a number of bids, and not only were Kamie and Chris quick about providing pricing, they also gave us options to help us, which other companies did not. Once accepted we were scheduled immediately. The work only took 3 days, which was a HUGE relief for us since our space was almost unbearable. Our staff and guests owe a MAHALO NUI to the Advanced AC team. They also connected us to their partner for our new units' maintenance. All around great service! Highly recommended!

A huge mahalo to Advanced A/C and their team for handling a recent installation project at my Uncle's (who’s in his 90's) home. Given that I live out-of-state, Kammie (Estimator & VP) was kind enough to accommodate a virtual walk through, as well as provide her recommendations for the project. From my initial inquiry call to when the project was completed, Chris (Admin Coordinator) kept us fully informed regarding the project timeline, State's rebate program, as well as other logistical coordination. Post completion, I had called my Uncle to check how things went. His exact words were, "A-okay! I would highly recommend this company! They REALLY did a good job. They put everything back where it belonged and took away all their rubbish. If anyone were to ask me about them, I would say to hire them...they're number one!" Needless to say, my Uncle is fully enjoying this added feature in his home...it has certainly added to his daily comforts! Our deepest thanks and gratitude to Advanced A/C for going the extra mile with their excellent customer service, professionalism, superior workmanship, timeliness, and truly extending the "aloha" spirit and "respect" toward my Uncle and his home.
