This company is fantastic and gets my highest recommendation. We first found them about 10 years ago after being billed by another company who got caught doing unnecessary work by our insurance adjuster. We've been with them ever since. They installed our new AC unit when it was time to replace it and performs all regular maintenence. Their communication is outstanding. Their pricing is very satisfactory and the quality of service is the best I've experience. Every technician over the years has been incredibly professional and responsive. Recently we needed some significant work. Technician Fernando did not disappoint. He was fast and thorough, completely explained the job both before and after, and took the time to go over detailed photos of the job as it progressed. If Fernando is your technician, consider yourself even luckier than you already are when hiring Adirondack. He and they have my highest recommendation!

Kyle F from Adirondack Services came out a few months ago (my apologies its taken me so long to post this review) to clean my AC system. He did a fantastic job and was incredibly personable. He explained everything he was doing, showed me before and after pictures... answered my 1000's of questions with patience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Adirondack and definitely Kyle... and will be using them in the future for my next cleaning. I saved about 25% off my regular electric bill by getting the cleaning. I joined the annual plan as I don't want to forget about cleaning and wind up spending more monthly on my electric bill. I had no idea it was that bad. Thank you Kyle for your fantastic service, great personality, and getting my system back on track. I appreciate you!

Fernando gets the job done. It was my annual check up. Called to tell me he was on his way ... Got right to work on the 14 point checkout. Went over everything with me when he was done. Made good, reasonable suggestions .. ( no over selling). Great experience... Would highly recommend
