We knew our mainline pipe was clogged again when our garage wall below it started leaking water. The technician from our usual plumbing company came but quoted more than double the previous price for snaking the clog, so we declined and found Adeedo while searching for alternatives. Julio Vazquez, our technician, came quickly. He was professional and courteous. While clearing the clog, we took the offer for a camera inspection. Supervisor Chris Cervantes came around 20 minutes later with the equipment and found a substantial amount of grease buildup. He explained that our pipe was undersized and that we would need to have it hydrojetted due to the amount of buildup. There was no pressure to buy and we decided to hold off on that option for now. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with both Julio and Chris.

Amazing service. Rene was prompt and friendly. When he recognized that what we needed was relatively simple, he didn’t overcharge us and gave me advice on next steps of how to permanently fix the issue. Super happy that we called and gave this company our business. We will be using them again for future plumbing needs!

Everyone was great. They were sympathetic to my emergency and had somebody at my house within 20 minutes. The work was more extensive than I thought, but they were back the next day with the crew and worked all day. They were polite. They were on time. They were funny. It was just a great experience overall.
