ACI Northwest

Purchased Generac from Costco. ACI is their installer. Everything with ACI was excellent, from the sales person, Jason Huss, to the installation foreman, Travis. They walked through the whole process, took care of the permits, contacting the gas and power company, inspections happened during the two day installation. Actually it's a two step install...2 hours day one (gas), then 4 hours day two for electrical and Generac set up and test. They did a beautiful, clean install. Went over everything with me to confirm I understood how it works. Highly recommend ACI. Well done.

Corbin and Hunter replaced my gas furnace. They were friendly and explained what they were doing. They completed the install in great time then tweaked the adjustments to get the best performance from the unit. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you much ACI.

I have used ACI for several years. They installed a generator at a previous residence and serviced it annually. Until now, I haven't had a problem. Recently, I purchased a new house with an existing generator. I made an appointment to have the generator serviced. I explained I also wanted a load test completed to make sure the generator would provide whole house coverage. The person taking the information said she would be sure to allot enough time for the technician to conduct the load test. When the technician arrived in January, he said he was not made aware of the need for a load test and did not have time conduct one. He serviced the generator and told me he would call back within a week to schedule a load test. I told him I also wanted wifi connectivity for the generator. He said that if I obtained the mobile link unit (which I did), he would install it. It has now been over a month, and I never received a call back. I ended up switching companies. Hopefully this is a one off for the company, but it is concerning.
