Call ANOTHER plumber!!!! Horrible experience!! Had to clean up behind them after they left. Did NOT have the required equipment to complete the repair. Suggested we call another plumbing company to complete the repair and clean up the mess and still charged an ridiculous bill. Contacted the office about the service: unprofessional, accusatory, and demanded immediate payment for the incomplete job.

I've used Ace Plumbing for several years, and they are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Today's service was the proactive replacement of a water heater that was functional but considerably beyond its life expectancy. My only minor "issue" is that the model installed had slightly lower BTU, GPH Recovery, and Uniform Energy Factor than the one initially quoted. Additionally, the manufacturer's web site says the quoted unit has an eight year warranty whereas the one installed has a six year warranty. Still, I'm quite satisfied and will make Ace my first call going forward.
