They charge $45 for an estimate. How do I have any confidence you will do a good job without speaking with the technician? It's absurd to require me to pay just to speak with someone about it in person and get a quote... I've taken my business elsewhere and am very happy about it. That said, the reviews seem to say they do good work. Just a dumb policy. Update: They called me and came out and I selected them to do the work. I’m happy with them.

I ended up using them for a hot water heater tank service. They texted when they are on the way, kept me informed about what they want to do, and gave advice on preventing future issues.
