AA Windows 'N' Doors Inc

We have replaced now 16 of our 38 windows with AA. Gary and Tom are delightful and installers terrific too. We have a 90 year old house that had poorly installed replacement windows in the 70’s. When they started to fail we called AA to plan out how to go about staging the replacements. Initially we expected to simply repair a couple windows but every time we had a driving rain from the west we were taking on water like the Titanic. The AA team uses Polaris windows and we spent a lot of time researching and found that in the vinyl window world they are among the best. We got triple pane windows and already notice a different in street/neighborhood noise. They are also so easy to clean - living in the dust bowl that is Nebraska lately, this really matters. Communication has been great, pricing about what we expected (as in, not cheap but you get what you pay for with windows and vintage homes), and the guys are just too sweet for words. Being a recent re-transplant to Omaha I love chatting with folks who are lifers and know my city. I also had them install an egress window at grade which turned into a really long day thanks to the tardiness of the concrete cutting company. Very much appreciated their grace in adjusting the schedule and being patient with us.

We replaced all of the windows in our home with and I highly recommend AA. They were helpful from day one. Gary was straight forward, communicative, and went above and beyond. Our installers were top tier, working quickly and efficiently to beat the cold weather. There were a couple of hiccups along the way and the AA team went above and beyond to field questions, answer them in a timely manner, and resolve any and all hiccups very quickly. Very impressed with this small but mighty business.

You can’t go wrong with AA Windows N Doors. I worked with Gary Hein & Tom Sceals on a deck door replacement. They explained all options and the process, and I was not disappointed. I choose the doors with internal blinds, and this is a super option that I would recommend. I was able to get rid of my drapes which made the room look bigger. The installation was perfect as the installers were very professional and polite. They cleaned up afterwards, and now I sit an enjoy this new deck door. I highly recommend using them for your door and window projects.
