AA Service Co.

Yesterday AA service installed an ac unit on the roof of my townhouse. I am very pleased with the work they did, the care they took to make sure they did not scratch or dirty anything and the time they took to make sure everything was done right. i want to thank Mike, Trey and Adam, the 3 men from AA service who spent the entire day putting in the unit. They had to hoist it up from the ground to the roof and that is 4 stories tall. They had to call and get additional help to hoist the unit. they were very careful to make sure that nothing was damaged. I was especially pleased with the professional way they did their job. They even helped me understand why one of the air returns was not working correctly and they closed the gap in the return so it would work better. They did not have to do this but once they saw the problem they did what they could to remedy it. thank you for your service. Ed Shurna

Scott and Jeremy from AA Service Company came to my home, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about them. They were professional, timely, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The heat at my business stopped working and AA Service was able to offer me a same day appointment to come diagnose the issue. Alex S. showed up right on time, did the inspection, explained everything to me and showed me pictures of what was going on. They ordered the parts immediately and came to fix it the very next day. Start to finish, I called them late Monday and everything was completely fixed by Wednesday morning. I was already impressed by their timeliness, but then Alex S. went above and beyond to make sure everything (in both units, not just the broken one!) was clean and running smoothly.
