Brought my car in for a second opinion on an issue diagnosed as a cracked engine block from a different place. A1 kept in constant contact with me as they 1) looked over my vehicle, 2) looked over my paperwork from some prior work done by the other place, 3) walked me through what had actually happened and finally 4) wrote out a clear, easy to understand diagnoses & what they had done to repair the issue so I could take the bill directly to the other guy. I can't praise them enough for the constant communication they had with me and the patience with which they handled my laymans level of knowledge. A1? Nah, A+.
