A1 Mechanical

Had multiple appointments set through A1 the last few weeks to fix our furnace and thermostat. “JOHN” has been the main guy on all 3 appointments, and he was amazing! Very polite, educated, thorough, and organized. Talks to his customers in a way I can understand what he’s doing, but doesn’t use the technical terms or make me feel out of the loop. Even made calls to our gas supplier to make sure he was here when they needed to come to verify the job was finished correctly! Great company, always answers calls immediately, and they don’t make you wait to schedule service! They’ll be the only company we trust if future issues arise! A1 and John deserve all 5 of these Stars!

“Fixed” my furnace and days later water pooled around the unit. The issue was never resolved and only temporary band aids were provided. Now that it’s too late, they informed me the unit was under manufacture’s warranty and the parts could have been replaced at labor costs only. It would have been helpful if they did that in the first and second time by actually replacing the parts that were covered under warranty! Moreover, the unit was installed incorrectly which didn’t allow for proper drainage. Oh! And I can’t forget the best part! Suspiciously, they now can’t find records of these house calls to help further support my claim.
