5 stars – Exceptional Service from Aiden – Highly Recommend A-Team Plumbing & HVAC! I recently dealt with a frozen pipe at my home in Guilford that burst and caused significant water damage—stressful situation, but A-Team Plumbing & HVAC made it so much better. Aiden arrived quickly and handled everything with outstanding professionalism, politeness, and respect for my property and family. Even though he’s young, Aiden’s maturity, attention to detail, and work ethic blew me away. He thoroughly assessed the damage, explained every step clearly (no confusing jargon), kept me updated throughout, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured the repairs were done efficiently to prevent any future issues. He was genuinely caring and focused on minimizing disruption. Thanks to Aiden’s skill and dedication, the job was completed smoothly and to a high standard. This reflects extremely well on Manny Galarza and the entire A-Team crew. Aiden came out to service my boiler you guys installed last February and did an outstanding job. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explain what he was doing, and answer all of my questions without rushing. What really stood out was his attention to detail and clean workmanship — everything was left spotless when he finished. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Aiden for any boiler service or heating needs.

We had an emergency, and after calling 4 or 5 companies late on a Monday afternoon, A-Team was the only one able to respond, and they sent their senior technician within an hour. Tony was professional, highly knowledgeable, and provided clear diagnostics along with reasonable solutions. Monica and Christiana in the office were equally competent—prompt, courteous, and consistently helpful in answering all my questions. It’s clear they take pride in their work and prioritize their customers’ interests.
