A+ Plumbing

A plus helped with plumbing after we flooded in Helene. There were a few hick ups along the way, but A Plus ultimately stood by their service and made sure everything was up to code and in good working order. The last plumber that came out to make sure everything was good was excellent. We just passed inspection today and were thankful that this company honors their work. We know from experience that is very much not always the case in Florida, which is why we are giving them 5 stars despite a few hick ups early on in a large project. If you need a plumber that’s going to honor their work product and make sure your ultimately taken care of in the end, you’d be in good hands with A Plus. Again, can’t say enough about the plumber who came out to make sure all the I’s were dotted and T’s were crossed. He thoroughly went over every small detail and area, explained everything in depth, and put me as ease. One of the owners also made sure to keep in touch to make sure the job was completed well. It’s not often that you run into issues and not only does a company address them, they do it in a thorough, kind and professional manner, so much so that I am still giving them an honest 5 star review. In fairness, when the project started it was during the height of the Helene damage era with all trades working a million hours with never ending work. At the end of the day, what maters is that they continued to ensure things were addressed and ultimately finished out the project A+. Thanks for helping us fix our home, making sure things were finished correctly and treating us with kindness and respect. That’s all we can ever hope for.

An amazing company, I can’t say enough about them and my entire experience with them. We live in a condo and there was a water leak, our whole half bath was torn apart. I thought this would be a good time to replace our toilet. They worked with me on scheduling while waiting for the delivery of our toilet. Shawn came to our home to give me an assessment and on the day of the installation was right on time. He was so organized and efficient and personable and very respectful of our home. He is very experienced and had the job done in no time and cleaned up beautifully when the job was complete and took away the old toilet and all the boxes, etc. they are also, very reasonable with their prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again if needed. Great job done, great experience, thank you Adam and Shawn.

Had an amazing experience during a stressful time with A + Plumbing. Had a high water bill tipping off a possible water leak. A+ plumbing came out immediately and located and fixed the leak. The technician was friendly and professional. Price was great!!! The office staff were a pleasure to work with as well. You can not go wrong with A+ Plumbing. Thanks for all your help!!!
