911 Restoration of New Hampshire

911 Restoration is incredible. Recently we had water coming through the sliding glass doors of our downstairs home. " This room was used for a storage area,and for access to the backyard." The water completely soaked the carpet and everything in the Room. The room was full of misc. stuff. While other companies were booked out for 5 days. I called 911 Restoration and they were able come out that very day, within 3 hours after I placed the first phone call. The price they quoted was substantially less than their competition. The workers arrived on time, and were very personable. Customer service was amazing, as well as how quickly they emptied out a very cluttered room. My family killed two birds with one stone, at a price far less than I thought I would have too. My thanks to the workers and staff. This is one company that I will remember and use again if needed.

Thank you 911 Restoration for rescuing me!! After the washing machine had flooded the upstairs and came through the downstairs ceiling - I was overwhelmed. These guys came in, moved all my furniture (very organized - no scratches on my hardwood floors!) and set up a an area covered with plastic to dry out the ceiling. Upstairs, they moved the furniture cut the carpet area and had heaters and fans drying out that floor. They were so amazing how they kept their work so clean and left both rooms still livable. The reconstruction is next, but seeing how well they work, I feel like I am in good hands.

Having previously worked in property management for 14 years, I had contractors we would call when there were water or sewer issues. Not wanting to call several contractors for my home, I wanted one company who could handle the water damage from start to finish. I called Servepro (had their number in my phone as I work for State Farm and had met a rep for them at a networking event) and they couldn't even call me back til the next morning. I remembered that I had 911 Restorations information on my desk at work. I looked up their number and spoke to their office. The person who answered said that the manager would give me a call very soon. I received a call from the manager, Jacob, within 10 minutes and he had a team on site within an hour. Zach and Isaiah were AMAZING! They explained everything they were going to do and made sure that we understood every step of the process. Water was extracted, lots of it by the way, and they were able to reduce the damage to our walls dramatically. When Zach came back yesterday to check the walls and floors to make sure they were dry and pick up the equipment he was conscious of my time given I had left work to go meet him. I will refer them to every person I know. I can't thank them enough for their prompt response and determination to mitigate the damages to my home. We just purchased this home in June and are remodeling and had just finished installing our brand new flooring 1 month ago. This water damage put us back to square 1, no flooring, cabinets and counters had to be removed, a few walls cut out etc but even with all that disappointment, we still feel as though we are lucky.
