360 Electric

Our experience with 360 Electric can not be properly described as good or great, because it was positively stellar. If these folks were shooting for the moon, they not only got there; they set up a lunar base with up-to-code electrical perfection and made NASA look like second rate chumps. That is how incredible this experience was. My workplace had hired 360 Electric this past August to do a few lighting repairs, and the work performed there was very well done. Another friend of mine had 360 run electrical from his home to his shop, and also spoke very highly about the quality of their service. My husband and I knew that our house was a bit of an electrical Rubix cube, and that anyone who came to put it all straight was in for a headache. Our home hadn’t been brought up to code since the 90’s. We needed the house wiring inspected, attic to basement, outlets swapped (some didn’t even function), outdoor lighting installed, a 220v line installed and run to a car lift, fan switches rewired, outdoor outlets replaced, a whole new breaker box and a knowledgeable soul to troubleshoot a list of electrical quirks and flubs that our appliances tended to display with infrequency. So we called 360 Electric. It was the best decision, as homeowners, I believe we’ve ever made. We had the A-team of Amperage show up at our door: Joseph, Josh and Andrew. They all had the personalities of your favorite cousins that you can’t wait to see at Christmas. They were also prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, communicative and most importantly, patient. My husband and I witnessed these gents move through our house, top to bottom, running into every sort of wiring confusion and issue, and handling each one with calm, thorough problem-solving. It was a thing of beauty to behold. It reminded us of the NASA training that astronauts go through - folding 1000 paper cranes to judge their sustained patience and accuracy in the mundane - which is why this review starts off with the reference that it did. When you hire this crew, you’re not just hiring fantastic electricians. You’re hiring people who care about mastering their craft, and also presenting their client with a comfortable, well-informed experience. We felt totally at ease with them in the crevices of our home, we felt like every step of their process was mapped out for us wonderfully, and where there were options (styles of outlets, types of switches, etc.) they were very accommodating of our preferences. They were in our home for five entire days, and their work ethic, precision and positivity did not waiver once. Enough good things cannot be said about their proficiency. In conclusion to this little ‘TED talk’ review; hire 360 Electric, for any electrical need. It will be a delightful experience and it will be worth every dollar!

Fantastic experience working with them. Joseph really brainstormed the most effective way to put lights into the a sunroom that had limitations on access. He came up with an awesome idea and helped minimize the costs. We are thrilled.
