I want to thank Mykola from 212 HVAC for his excellent work at my martial arts school. He was very polite, calm, and professional from the moment he arrived. He carefully examined the system, took photos, and clearly explained each step so I could understand what was happening. He was patient and methodical, not rushed, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue that others had missed. In the end he got the Fujitsu unit running again and the heat is working normally. I truly appreciate his honesty and thoroughness and would gladly recommend Mykola to anyone needing HVAC service. Get Outlook for Android

Excellent service, professional & reliable technician. We initially had a fix job that went well and decided to sign up for the annual service package. They do a great job and are reliable. Pretty rare to have the same technician (Mykola, he's great) come who knows the units too which is a plus compared to other firms where there is high turnover and techs don’t seem to care about doing a great job and sometimes going above and beyond (for example, by helping to move furniture to access an HVAC unit). 10/10

Updated February 2026: Love the team and their quality work at 212 HVAC but it is pain to schedule with them. Be ready to follow up if you want your repair done. It's normal for them to not reach you at all if your part has a wait time. Even when the part has arrived, you can expect to reach them before an appointment gets set. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Had the 212 HVAC team come out twice to help me repair a higher end Mitsubishi heating/cooling unit — was glad to pay more for a 4.9 star business. Not sure they are equipped to handle special cases like this because it’s been more than a month of waiting for an update for repair since I’ve put in a deposit for them to order the part. I’ll update this review once there are next steps, but leaving a low review at the moment because I constantly have to remind myself to follow up with them. They’re not proactive with updates it’s a bit stressful to manage an extra thing — can’t imagine a 4.9 star business running like this. —————————————————————— Update: the 212 HVAC team were great in-person. The repair took less than 15 minutes and unit works seamlessly now. Before it would heat up the room in 20 mins, now it does the same in about 2-3 minutes. Not only did the guys fix the unit in question, they also offered to clean out the other units in the apartment for free. Wonderful service on the repair and visit overall.
