A+ experience, start to finish. They quickly provided me with an estimate based on photographs I emailed them of my water heater, which needed to be replaced. I called to book the job on a Friday, they were here by the following Tuesday, and the job was done before lunch time. The tech (Steve) was right on time, and was as courteous and respectful as any contractor you can imagine having in your home. He was focused, but still patiently took the time to answer several of my questions. These folks set the bar for how a Heating & Plumbing experience should go. If you're questioning whether or not to hire them...just hire them!

I had a great experience with 207 Plumbing and Heating. They were able to come out the same day to fix a leak in my shower drain, which I really appreciated. Steve was professional, respectful, and communicative throughout the entire process. He got right to work, quickly identified the issue, and replaced the leaking shower drain efficiently. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend 207 Plumbing and Heating and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

I am so glad we went with 207 Plumbing and Heating for all of the plumbing in our new home. They were able to start the job quickly after our original plumber bailed on us. Communication with the office and owner was great, they were understanding of us having a construction loan to finance the project, and I appreciated the text and email reminders of our scheduled appointments. Above all, our plumber Michael was outstanding. Polite, professional, and you can tell he truly takes pride in his work. He had great attention to detail and always cleaned up after himself. I really felt like we were in good hands.
