I got a few quotes for a new heating system and 128 Heating was the middle price and they did an amazing job. Great communication from the beginning to the end. I had a new heating and cooling system inst system installed last year by 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric. They did an excellent job and I was extremely satisfied. I called them becaust I needed a new toilet installed. The plumber Steven L. Arrived at my house earlier than I expected. Was able to find a toilet that matched my existing fixtures. He left for a short while and returned with the new toilet. Steven L. did an excellent job with the installation everything went very well. The area was clean when he left. I highly recommend 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric and their plumber Steven L.

At almost 9pm, we discovered our boiler room full of water — our water heater was overflowing, and we had no idea what to do. In a panic, we started calling plumbers. One highly rated company took my information… and never called back. (I’m honestly still waiting.) Then I remembered that 128 had installed our split units this past summer, so I decided to call them. I spoke with Niomi, who was reassuring, professional, and quick to help. She took my information and told me someone would be reaching out soon. Within 15 minutes, Kyle T. called us. He spoke with my husband, immediately told us what steps to take, and put us at ease. The very next morning he was at our home. Every concern we had disappeared once he arrived. Kyle not only kept his word — he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He educated us on our new water heater, answered every single question we had, and did an exceptional job from start to finish. Because of this experience, our trust in 128 is long-term.
